# Hiring API country coverage

This page will provide you with information about which countries are supported in each phase of the hiring process via API. This table **only** applies to API capabilities and **not** platform capabilities. We will soon release an endpoint with this information by country that will replace this page.

## Definitions

### Create employment

This includes the endpoints [Create employment](https://docs.oysterhr.com/v0.1/reference/post_v0-1-hiring-employments), [Update employment](https://docs.oysterhr.com/v0.1/reference/patch_v0-1-hiring-employments-id), and [Submit employment](https://docs.oysterhr.com/v0.1/reference/post_v0-1-hiring-employments-id-submit) endpoints along with anything included in this [guide](https://docs.oysterhr.com/docs/creating-and-submitting-an-eor-employment).

### Complete onboarding form

This includes the endpoints [Fetch the onboarding form](https://docs.oysterhr.com/v0.1/reference/get_v0-1-hiring-employments-id-onboarding-form), [Update the onboarding form](https://docs.oysterhr.com/v0.1/reference/patch_v0-1-hiring-employments-id-onboarding-form), [Mark the onboarding form as complete](https://docs.oysterhr.com/v0.1/reference/post_v0-1-hiring-employments-id-onboarding-form-complete) which are included in this [guide](https://docs.oysterhr.com/docs/completing-eor-employment-onboarding-via-api).

### Contract eSignature

If a country is included in the Contract eSignature list, then once all agreements are verified using the [Verify agreements](https://docs.oysterhr.com/v0.1/reference/post_v0-1-hiring-employments-id-agreements-agreement-id-verify) endpoint, the agreements will be sent out for signature.
