Retrieves the list of available expense categories.
- Use the
idpath parameter to specify the ruleset (currently only EXPENSES_DEFAULT is supported). - The endpoint returns a list of expense categories with their values and display titles.
Typical use case:
- Retrieving available categories when creating or categorizing expenses.
